Just With U is a 100% digital service — a Progressive Web App you and your partner use in the browser or installed on your phone. There is no physical product to ship, so "delivery" here means how quickly your purchase is unlocked on your account.
What gets "delivered"
- Access to paid features on your account and your partner's paired account.
- Gift codes (emailed to the buyer for forwarding to the recipient).
- In-app credits, fan companions, or other digital add-ons you purchase.

Delivery region
Just With U is available worldwide. Indian customers are billed in INR via our India payment partners — Razorpay and PhonePe (UPI, cards, wallets, netbanking). International customers are billed in USD or their local currency via Lemon Squeezy. The product itself is delivered the same way regardless of region — instantly, to your account.
If something doesn't unlock
Payment succeeded but the upgrade hasn't shown up? It usually fixes itself within a minute as the webhook from the payment provider reaches our servers. If it is still stuck after 10 minutes:
- Refresh the app or sign out and back in.
- Email [email protected] with your transaction ID — we'll unlock it manually within a business day.
No physical goods
We do not ship any physical merchandise, hardware, or printed items. If you see a third party claiming to ship Just With U merchandise, it is not us — please report it.
