Refund & return policy

Just With U is a digital product β a Progressive Web App (PWA) for couples. There is nothing physical to ship, so this policy covers refunds on subscriptions, lifetime purchases, and one-off digital items (gift codes, fan companions, in-app credits).
Subscription refunds
- 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on the first charge of any monthly or annual subscription. Email us within 7 days of payment and we will refund in full.
- After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle, but you can cancel any time from Settings to stop the next renewal.
- Annual subscriptions: if you cancel after 7 days but before day 30, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis on request.
Lifetime / one-time purchases
- Lifetime plans are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
- Gift codes are refundable until they have been redeemed. Once a code is redeemed by the recipient, the credit is theirs to keep.
Returns
Because Just With U is a digital service with no physical goods, there is nothing to return. If a feature you paid for is not working as described, that is on us β write in and we will fix it or refund you, even outside the windows above.
Failed or duplicate charges
Duplicate, accidental, or unauthorized charges are refunded in full as soon as we confirm them with our payment partner (Razorpay or PhonePe for India, Lemon Squeezy elsewhere). Email [email protected] with the transaction ID and we will resolve it within 2 business days.
How long refunds take
- Razorpay (India, UPI / cards / netbanking): 5β7 business days back to the original payment method.
- PhonePe (India, UPI / cards / wallet): 3β7 business days back to the original payment method (UPI usually 1β2 days).
- Lemon Squeezy (global, cards / PayPal): 3β10 business days back to the original payment method, depending on your bank.
- We initiate refunds within 2 business days of approval β the rest is bank time.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
- Include your order ID / Razorpay or Lemon Squeezy transaction reference.
- One line on why β optional, but helps us fix the underlying issue.
